Most HVAC Websites Don't Look Good.
They Don't Win Much Work Either.

Your customers aren't all the same. A homeowner wants air conditioning in a hot loft room. A shop, office or restaurant wants cooling, ventilation or refrigeration that never lets them down. Both check your website before they ask for a quote.

Most HVAC websites speak to neither. Everything sits on one page, there's no sign you're F-Gas certified, and business customers can't see that you offer maintenance contracts. Good web design for HVAC speaks to each customer in their own terms.

I build websites to do exactly that.

What customers check before they call an HVAC engineer

Whether it's a bedroom or a server room, these are the questions an HVAC website has to answer before anyone picks up the phone.

  1. 01

    Are you F-Gas certified?

Companies working on air conditioning, refrigeration and heat pumps need F-Gas certification by law. Showing your company certificate, such as REFCOM, answers that straight away.

  2. 02

    Do you work with businesses?

Commercial customers want to see sites like theirs. Show the offices, shops, restaurants and premises you've fitted out and look after.

  3. 03

Will you look after it afterwards?

Planned maintenance is what business customers really buy. Explain your contracts and what happens when something breaks down.

  4. 04

    Do other people rate you?

Google reviews, case studies and photos of tidy installs do more selling than anything you write about yourself.

Built to get you found.
Built to get you chosen.

Here's what built properly looks like for HVAC Engineers. Each page has one job: making it easy for the right customer to find you, trust you and get in touch.

  2. 2

Built to get you contactedA quote form for new installs, a contract enquiry route for businesses, and a call button for breakdowns.

The pages an HVAC website needs

Google ranks pages, not businesses. Each kind of work you want more of gets its own page, written for what people actually type in.

  • Commercial air conditioning

Offices, shops, restaurants and other premises, with case studies and the systems you design and fit.

  • Home air conditioning

Wall-mounted and multi-split systems for bedrooms, loft rooms and home offices, with what installation involves.

  • Ventilation and extraction

Mechanical ventilation, heat recovery and kitchen extraction, explained for both businesses and homeowners.

  • Commercial refrigeration

Cold rooms, chillers and display fridges for food businesses, where downtime costs money.

  • Maintenance contracts and repairs

Planned servicing, leak checks and breakdown cover, written for facilities and business owners.

  • Area pages

A page for each town and city you cover, so you show up when people search "air conditioning near me" where you actually work.

Everything you need
to win work online.

No templates. No missing essentials. Everything below is included in your website.

  1. 01
    Mobile-first design

Built for phones first, where most of your customers will see you.

  2. 02
A page for every kind of work

Commercial and home air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration and maintenance each get their own page, built for the searches people make.

  3. 03
    Your certification, shown properly

Your company F-Gas certificate, such as REFCOM, and any other schemes you hold, with links so customers can check.

  4. 04
    Homeowners and businesses, both covered

Clear routes for a homeowner wanting one room cooled and a business wanting a maintenance contract.

  5. 05
    You own everything.

No rented website. No proprietary platform holding your business hostage. When it's finished, it's yours.

Full terms: paying, guarantees and the founding offer

Paying

I take no deposit and no booking fee. You pay nothing until you've seen and approved your homepage design. Then you pay the full price in one go, and I build the rest. The price is one-off. No VAT to add.

The See-It-First Guarantee

Your homepage design comes within 24 hours of your set-up call. 1 round of changes is included before you decide. You then have 2 working days to say yes or no, so I can hold your build slot. The 7-day clock pauses while you decide. If you say no, you owe nothing, and the unused design stays with me.

The 7-Day Launch Guarantee

The 7 working days start on your booked start date, with your set-up call. The clock only runs once I have everything on my set-up list: your details, logins and photos. It pauses while I'm waiting on you: for feedback, answers, your decision on your homepage design, your payment or access to your web address. 'Live' means your site is up on your own web address. If it isn't live in time because of a delay on my side, I pay you £100 by bank transfer within 7 days of launch. It's money, not a credit.

The founding price

The founding price is an introductory price for my first 4 founding clients. A place is taken when a client books their set-up call, and their price is locked from then, as long as they keep that call. If a client cancels, misses their set-up call or walks away at the design stage before all 4 places are taken, their place opens again. The founding price ends the day the 4th place is taken. Then the price goes up to £1,995, and the founding price doesn't come back.

In return I ask 3 things: use what I build and give me honest feedback, let me take a before snapshot on day 1, and let me show your finished site and its tracked numbers, good or bad. If you'd rather stay anonymous, I hide your name and web address. Your price never depends on a review.

What I don't promise

I don't promise rankings, calls, enquiries or jobs. Google decides when and where your pages show up. My guarantees cover my own work.

HVAC website questions, answered.

What should web design for HVAC include that a normal website doesn't?

Two routes, one for homeowners and one for businesses, because they search and buy differently. Your F-Gas certification where people can see it, case studies of commercial work, and a clear page on maintenance contracts. A plain list of services rarely does any of that.

Can you show my F-Gas certification?

Yes. Your company F-Gas certificate, such as REFCOM, goes where people make their decision, with a link so they can check it. I only show what you actually hold, so it stays accurate. If you hold other schemes, such as TrustMark or MCS for heat pumps, those can go on too.

Most of my work is commercial. Will the site still suit me?

Yes. If you want offices, shops and restaurants rather than bedrooms, the pages, case studies and calls to action lean that way. Business customers want proof you've done sites like theirs and a sense you'll still be around next year.

I also fit heat pumps. Should that be on the site?

If it's work you want, yes, on its own page. Heat pump customers search differently from air conditioning customers, so mixing them on one page helps neither. We'll talk through which services to give their own page during set-up. Each page then talks to the people who search for it.

Do I need to write anything?

No. I write every page for you from a short set-up call about your services, customers and the work you want more of. You check the technical details are right and approve it. If anything needs changing after launch, tell me and I'll update it.

What are SEO foundations?

The groundwork Google needs to find and understand your site: page titles written for the searches you want, a clear page structure, fast pages on mobile, your business details kept consistent, and a sitemap so Google knows every page exists. It's the base that Local SEO builds on later.

Do I own the website?

Yes. Your site, your domain and your content belong to your business. Nothing is held hostage.

What do I need to provide?

The basics: the services you offer, the areas you cover, and any photos of your work. I'll guide you through the rest.

Are there any ongoing costs?

A yearly fee for hosting and your web address, paid by you. I tell you the exact amount in writing before you pay anything. More SEO after the 3 included months is optional, month to month.

What happens after the 3 months of SEO?

That's up to you. Carry on month to month at £495 a month, or stop. Your website keeps working either way, and nothing ties you in.

Tell me about your business. I'll personally review it and get back to you.
