Your follow-up plan
Which moments get a follow-up, on which channel, and how long to wait.

In practice
You sent the quote on Monday. By Thursday you’re on another job and it has slipped your mind. Here is how it could keep moving.
Logged with the customer’s details.
In your words. Approved by you in advance.
Follow-ups stop. The reply comes to you.
A service or check-up, when it is time.
Press play to walk through it.
An illustrative sequence. Messages, timing and channels are agreed with you first.
How it’s set up
Work is often won by whoever replies first and checks back. This makes both happen, in your words, without adding to your evening.
A new enquiry. A quote that has gone quiet. A service that is due again. We pick the follow-ups that fit how you win work.
You approve every message and its timing. AI can tailor the wording to the job, within limits you set.
Follow-ups stop when someone replies or asks to stop. Replies come to you, so the conversation stays yours.
What’s included
Which moments get a follow-up, on which channel, and how long to wait.

They are founding-client prices while I gather real, measured results from my first automation clients. The build is the same.
Start at a founding-client price and your monthly fee stays the same for as long as you stay.
Founding-client prices will not last forever.
This is arithmetic on your own number, not a promise. It cannot know how many of your quotes would be won by a follow-up.
The guarantee
Before launch, what the automation does is written down and tested with you. If it does not do what we agreed, I put it right without charging you for the extra work.
It guarantees the agreed process. It cannot promise how customers respond, and it does not cover outages at the phone, email or software providers it connects to.
A few good questions
£295 to set it up, then £59 a month at the founding-client price. The monthly fee covers the sending costs for email and up to 150 texts, the monitoring and changes to the messages. Extra texts are 8p each.
You approve the wording, and it is written the way you talk to customers. Where AI tailors a message, it works within limits we agree.
We agree who can be contacted, and how they opt out, before anything sends. UK rules on electronic marketing apply to marketing messages, and I’ll point out where they matter.
Not necessarily. A spreadsheet or your quoting tool may be enough to start. If you already use a CRM, I check what it supports first.
The follow-ups stop and the reply comes to you. The system starts conversations. You have them.
Yes. Review requests work well as part of a follow-up plan. See review automation for how that works.
