The short version: this site asks before setting any analytics cookies, and sets no advertising cookies at all. A little browser storage keeps forms convenient, and the booking calendar on the book-a-call page is provided by Cal.com, which sets its own cookies when you use it.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device to remember things about your visit. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage, which let a site keep small pieces of information in your browser. This policy covers all of these.
2. What this website uses
Strictly necessary and functional storage
- Form convenience: the audit request form keeps your progress in your browser’s session storage so a refresh does not wipe what you have typed. This stays on your device, expires when the tab closes, and is never used to track you.
- Hosting and security: our hosting provider (Vercel) may use strictly necessary technical measures to serve the site reliably and protect it from abuse.
Analytics cookies (only with your consent)
This website uses Google Analytics to understand which pages and adverts bring genuine enquiries. Google Analytics only runs if you choose Accept on the cookie banner; until then, and if you choose Decline, no analytics cookies are set. When accepted, Google sets cookies named _ga and _ga_*(they distinguish visitors and sessions and last up to two years). The data is aggregated visit information, not your name or contact details, and it is never sold. Google’s own privacy documentation applies to its processing.

Third-party cookies
- Cal.com (booking calendar): the book-a-call page embeds a scheduling calendar from Cal.com. When you interact with it, Cal.com may set cookies needed to operate the booking flow, under its own privacy and cookie policies.
- WhatsApp: the WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp itself (an external service). No WhatsApp cookies are set by browsing this website.
This website does not set advertising cookies. If the cookies used ever change, this page will be updated first and consent requested where the law requires it.
3. How to control cookies
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and most browsers let you clear local and session storage in the same place. Blocking strictly necessary storage may stop parts of the site (such as the booking calendar) from working properly. Guidance for common browsers:
- Chrome: Settings, then Privacy and security, then Cookies and other site data;
- Safari: Preferences, then Privacy;
- Firefox: Settings, then Privacy & Security; and
- Edge: Settings, then Cookies and site permissions.
