In practice

Job done. Invoice drafted.

You finish a job and fill in a short form on your phone. Here is how the rest could take care of itself.

How it’s set up

Take the paperwork out of your evenings.

Time spent re-typing and chasing is time you can’t spend earning or switching off. Start with the admin job that costs you the most.

  1. 01

    Find the admin that repeats

We list the copying, chasing and re-typing in a normal week, and pick the part that takes the most of your time.

  2. 02

Connect the tools you already use

Forms, email, spreadsheets, accounting and job software. Information moves between them without being typed twice.

  3. 03

Keep a person on the important bits

Quotes, invoices and anything sent to a customer can wait for your approval. The system prepares. You decide.

What’s included

A working process.
A useful handover.

01

A map of your admin

The repeated jobs in your week, how long they take and which are worth automating first.

02

One connected workflow

The agreed process built and linked to the supported tools you already use.

03

Approval steps

Clear points where you check and sign off before anything reaches a customer.

04

Handover and a simple guide

What runs automatically, what needs you, and what to do if something needs attention.

Clear pricing

One setup fee. One monthly fee.

A standard build is one workflow, such as job details to a drafted invoice with payment reminders. A second workflow is quoted before you commit.

Founding-client price

£49a month

One connected workflow, built on the tools you already use.

Why these prices?

They are founding-client prices while I gather real, measured results from my first automation clients. The build is the same.

Start at a founding-client price and your monthly fee stays the same for as long as you stay.

The setup fee covers

  • A map of the admin you repeat each week
  • One workflow built and connected to your tools
  • Approval steps wherever you want them
  • Handover and a simple guide

The monthly fee covers

  • The automation platform that runs it
  • Monitoring, and an alert if something stops
  • Fixes when one of your tools changes
  • Support from me directly

  • Starting is not an order. No payment is taken here.
  • I confirm the scope and payment schedule before anything is booked.
  • It works as we agreed, or I fix it at no extra cost.

Founding-client prices will not last forever.

What would it take to pay for itself?

  • The whole first year £395 + 12 x £4929 hours saved cover itThat is about 34 minutes a week.

This is arithmetic on your own number, not a promise. How much time it saves depends on the admin you do today.

The guarantee

Working as agreed, or fixed at no extra cost.

Before launch, what the automation does is written down and tested with you. If it does not do what we agreed, I put it right without charging you for the extra work.

It guarantees the agreed process. It cannot promise how customers respond, and it does not cover outages at the phone, email or software providers it connects to.

A few good questions

The details
that matter.

What does it cost?

£395 to set it up, then £49 a month at the founding-client price. The setup fee covers mapping your admin and building one connected workflow. The monthly fee covers the platform that runs it, monitoring and fixes when one of your tools changes.

Will I have to change my software?

I start with what you already use. If a tool can’t connect, I’ll say so and explain the options before any work starts.

Can it send invoices without me checking?

Only if you want it to. Most owners start with drafts they approve, then automate more once they trust the results.

What happens to my data?

The workflow runs in accounts you own wherever possible. We agree which information it uses, and where that information goes, before building.

What if something goes wrong?

Each workflow has checks and a clear alert when something needs attention. At handover you’ll know what runs automatically and what to do if it stops.
