Who I am

What data I collect

When you get in touch through my contact or Growth Opportunity Scan forms, I collect the information you choose to submit — typically your name, business, website, email address and the details of your message or enquiry. I also collect basic technical and usage data when you visit the site, such as the pages you view and general device information.

How I use form data

I use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare your Growth Opportunity Scan. I do not sell your data, and I do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Analytics

I may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used, so I can keep improving it. This helps me see which pages are useful without building detailed profiles of individual visitors. (TODO: confirm provider and lawful basis under UK GDPR.)

Data retention

I keep enquiry data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for — for example, to respond to your enquiry or to deliver and follow up on your scan. After that, I securely delete or anonymise it. (TODO: define specific retention periods.)
