Your missed calls answered, for £69 a month.
£295 setup, then £69 a month. Founding-client prices will not last forever.
From a missed call to a job you can quote.
Most small businesses lose work when the phone goes unanswered. This gives every caller a useful answer and gives you the details.
Agree what it should say
We set the greeting, the questions to ask and the answers it can give. It introduces itself as an AI assistant at the start of every call.
Connect it to your number
Calls you miss, or calls outside your hours, go to the assistant. You choose when it steps in and when the phone just rings.
Get the enquiry straight away
You receive a summary by text or email: who called, what they need, where they are and how urgent it is.
A working process. A useful handover.

Testing and handover
Test calls together before anything goes live, and a clear way to change what it says.
A useful starting point.
For businesses that miss calls while working, driving or closed, and rely on the phone for new work.
What I’ll need to understand
- When calls get missed and what happens to them today
- The questions you ask every new caller
- Where you want enquiries to arrive
One setup fee. One monthly fee.
A standard build for one business and one phone number. Anything beyond it is quoted before you commit.
Founding-client price
£295 setup
£69 a month
Includes 150 minutes of answered calls a month. Extra minutes are 20p each.
Why these prices?
They are founding-client prices while I gather real, measured results from my first automation clients. The build is the same.
Start at a founding-client price and your monthly fee stays the same for as long as you stay.
The setup fee covers
- Your call flow written and built with you
- Forwarding set up from your existing number
- Summaries by text or email, logged for you
- Test calls together before it goes live
The monthly fee covers
- The phone line and AI for 150 minutes of calls
- Monitoring that it keeps answering
- Changes to what it says, when you need them
- Support from me directly
- Starting is not an order. No payment is taken here.
- I confirm the scope and payment schedule before anything is booked.
- It works as we agreed, or I fix it at no extra cost.
Founding-client prices will not last forever.
What would it take to pay for itself?
- The whole first year £295 + 12 x £693 jobs cover it
This is arithmetic on your own number, not a promise. It cannot know how many calls you miss, or how many would have become jobs.
Working as agreed, or fixed at no extra cost.
Before launch, what the automation does is written down and tested with you. If it does not do what we agreed, I put it right without charging you for the extra work.
It guarantees the agreed process. It cannot promise how customers respond, and it does not cover outages at the phone, email or software providers it connects to.

The details that matter.
What does it cost?
£295 to set it up, then £69 a month at the founding-client price. The monthly fee covers the phone line, the AI and 150 minutes of answered calls, which is around 75 calls of two minutes. Extra minutes are 20p each.
Will callers know they’re talking to AI?
Yes. The assistant introduces itself as an AI assistant at the start of the call. Being upfront is part of how I set it up.
Can it book jobs into my diary?
It can where your calendar or booking tool supports it, and I check that first. Many businesses start with a callback request and add booking later.
What if someone needs a person?
We agree what happens: a transfer during your hours, or an urgent message to you. Anything it can’t answer is flagged for you, not guessed at.
Do I need a new phone number?
Usually not. Most setups forward missed or out-of-hours calls from your existing number. I confirm what your phone provider supports before building.
