The guides and examples on this site are general information to help you think things through. They aren't advice for your particular business, and results always depend on the business, the area and the competition. Nothing here is a promise of rankings, calls or sales. What I'll do for you, and what you'll get, is set out in the written terms you get before you pay.
Examples and demo websites
Some pages show example websites, search results, reviews and phone screens for made-up businesses, such as PrimeFlow Plumbing & Heating. They're illustrations of how things can look and work. They aren't real businesses, real clients or real results.
Keeping it accurate
I try to keep everything here correct and up to date, but I can't promise every page is free of mistakes or always available. Prices and offers are confirmed in writing before you pay.
Who owns what
The words, designs, photos and code on this site belong to JTANDY or are used with permission. The JTANDY name and logo are mine.
Links to other websites
Where I link to other websites, I don't control them and I'm not responsible for what's on them.
My responsibility to you
This site is free to use, so I'm not responsible for any loss that comes from relying on it, as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits my responsibility for anything the law doesn't let me limit, such as death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Your legal rights as a consumer aren't affected.
Privacy and cookies
How I use your details is in the privacy policy. Cookies that measure visits and adverts are only used if you accept them; the cookie policy explains.
Changes and the law that applies
I may update these terms from time to time, and the date at the top shows when. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute goes to the courts of England and Wales.
